Chris,

There are several class action lawsuits going on around the country regarding the burn pits. As you were in the Marines, you would may have a claim against the private contractor who was responsible for the burn pits. If you would call me at 800 881 4892 I will be happy to get you in touch with someone who can help.

I have the same issues and I am in Missouri and I was part of the Marine Corps. I went to Iraq in 2004-2005 and I have had nothing but mysterious breathing issues and digestive issues. I am looking for others and what can we do to help our soldiers and to get help for veterans like me.

Rich,

Is your question whether the DBA carrier would have a defense to the claim if you refused to wear the body armor due to health concerns?
